FINANCIAL ANALYST

We seek exceptional operators interested in the "Management of Fun." We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst for our corporate headquarters located in Mechanicsville, Virginia Responsibilities • Decision support on operational, marketing and food and beverage initiatives • Analyze and report on key performance indicators • Budgeting/forecasting for various levels of the business • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis Qualifications • Knowledge of financial analysis concepts such as discounted cash flows and correlation • Ability to effectively communicate analytical findings to management • Knowledge of general accounting concepts • High level of skill in Excel and Powerpoint • Experience with Hyperion Essbase and Planning a plus • Bachelor degree in Finance or a related field with three to five years of relevant experience.
