FINANCE SUPPORT

2007050 Finance Consultant – MasterQualifications:Undergrad Degree in Acctg or Finance is a must; strong General Ledger skills
End to end Payroll knowledge; CPP a plus
Payroll Accounting with GL reconciliation
Oracle knowledge a plus; ADP knowledge a huge plus
Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, eroom requiredDescription:
Compile, review, and analyze all detailed country processes to create accurate process documentation
Manage all data received from payroll processing providers and ensure GL integrity and accounting.
Assist in the reconciliation and validation of compliance on Payroll Tax reporting
Assist in analyzing all reports related to the calculation of the Burden Rate
Identify, develop, and document any identified gaps in Payroll/Benefit Accounting reconciliation
Prepare, review, and document the processes related to Payroll Accounting reconciliation
Prepare, review, and submit manual JVs to the GL
Create ad hoc financial reporting as needed
