PeopleSoft Finance Functional Manager The Division of Administration and Finance at Towson University seeks an experienced finance/accounting professional as its PeopleSoft Finance Functional Manager to provide functional development oversight including systems analysis, planning, design, development and support of the University's PeopleSoft Financial System. Responsibilities: Will oversee, define and monitor critical activities; resolve issues; manage conversion, upgrade and enhancement process for functional groups including Commitment Control (Budget), Financial Services and Procurement; provide support for data capture, reconciliation and financial reporting that meets the requirements of University management, the State of Maryland, and accounting regulatory agencies; work campus wide to oversee the design of reports and direct user training; and provide project support as directed by management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, Master's degree/CPA preferred; in depth knowledge of PeopleSoft with at least 3 years in PeopleSoft Finance; 5-7 years progressively responsible experience to include one or more functional financial administration areas, project management experience, and PeopleSoft conversion implementation experience. Higher education/USM systems experience and working knowledge of RStars Accounting System highly desirable. Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
