F & I Product Cancellation Associate

Purpose:
Process and reconcile product cancellation receivables
Issue refund of cancellation A/R and follow-up on collections
Communicate with dealerships and A/R Company on any issues regarding non-payment
Ensure each dealership follows proper procedures

Required Qualifications:
Education Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 2 years accounting experience
Strong communication skills
Experience handling high volume of paperwork
must be highly organized; have excellent follow-up and prioritization abilities
Must be able to communicate effectively with store management and sales personnel
Team player with superior service skills
Preferred 1-2 years dealership accounting experience
