Our international client in Melbourne, Florida seeks an experienced External Reporting Director. The successful candidate will have multiple years experience with ensuring accuracy and completeness of all external and internal financial reporting including SEC filings, earnings releases, and consolidated strategic growth plans. This highly technical role will be responsible for overall corporate - wide GAAP conformance and the implementation of new accounting pronouncements. The client prefers a Masters Degree with a CPA, Big Four experience, and an extensive knowledge of SEC reporting rules.
