DaysPosition Summary: Location: Broward CountyIntegrated Regional Laboratories currently has an opportunity for an External Billing Client Service Representative for our Broward County MarketWe are seeking a highly organized team player to work a Full-Time, Day shift.General Responsibilities: The External Billing Client Service Representative provides follow-up and resolution with problem client accounts to insure outstanding balances for services are paid. Provides feedback to management in order to insure the established level of quality and service are maintained. Establishes training and support for clients experiencing new and chronic problems as it pertains to billing. Monitors client satisfaction, recommends appropriate strategies, tactics and operational initiatives to continuously enhance client satisfaction. Responsible for on-going customer service to insure a positive working relationship with IRL. Prepares reports, composes and edit letters, memos and other forms of communications as appropriate. Makes effective use of database, spreadsheet, and word-processing software to prepare statistical and written reports. Must demonstrate strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work day.Additional Information: Only candidates who meet all the requirements will be considered.

REQUIREMENTS
Makes effective use of database, spreadsheet, and word-processing software to prepare statistical and written reports. Must demonstrate strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work day. Travel required 85% of the time. 3 years Accounts Receivable/Collection experience in a Hospital or Physician group business office setting preferred. Familiarity with state and federal compliance regulations a plus.
