Experienced Financial Analyst

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $70,000 to $78,000 per year Our client, an international manufacturing company from Southeast Iowa, has an immediate need in the Accounting department. As the Accounting Associate Program Coordinator, you will be in a high profile position interacting and collaborating with all divisions for the preparation of management accounting reports and analysis focusing on the non-industrial components of the company's operations. The primary duties for this position will include the preparation of monthly margin analysis reports and conducting related analyses; managing the closing process to improve accuracy, timing, and overall efficiency; working to create and refine the 5-year planning process; helping to develop trend analysis reporting mechanisms related to such activities as overhead costs and with commercial activities; and providing support in the development of economic and competitive analysis studies. This position requires a BA/BS with 5+ years of financial expertise, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical skills.
