One of the key elements of the practice is Tax Program Services, keenly focused on advising companies of the expatriate tax implications of their international operations, providing advice as to optimal tax strategy and tax compliance and planning.As a professional International Assignment Solutions Tax Sr. Associate you will work closely with PwC professionals and corporate employees of Fortune 500 companies on overseas assignments (expatriates). You will prepare/review individual tax returns for these employees using state of the art microcomputer technology to help your clients with tax planning. Additionally, you will participate in diverse technical, consulting, and administrative projects. You will be working with expatriate clients from many different countries and industries, allowing you to sharpen your technical skills while learning about a variety of international and business cultures.
REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirement:
Bachelor degree in Accounting preferred. CPA preferredEssential Requirements:
The position requires individuals who will be able to manage the tax assistance process, as well as communicate with clients in delivering quality and proactive tax services.This will involve the use of leading edge technology and "best practices" to manage world wide client service engagements.The ideal candidate should have 3 or more years of expatriate/individual tax experience, a good understanding of taxes, a proficiency in written and oral communication skills, strong organizational abilities, the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, and the capability to handle multiple tasks.Strong research and computer skills are a plus.
