Description:
PricewaterhouseCoopers is seeking administrative staff fully dedicated to
providing superior customer service support to Partners and Managing
Directors. Individuals will provide support primarily for tasks and
responsibilities related to leading and operating the Firm, as opposed to
performing client work.
Individuals will be expected to consistently deliver a high-quality work
product, with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong interpersonal skills
and a "How can I help?" customer service attitude are imperative to succeed in
this position, which supports senior levels of management. Technical knowledge
of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PwC's Global Financial System (GFS) is
required along with a common sense, logical approach to tasks. Successful
candidates will have demonstrated a proactive approach to meeting objectives
and the proven ability to work well under pressure. A positive attitude and
outstanding customer service skills are critical.
Manage and prioritize Partner/Managing Director communications from a wide
variety of sources
Create, update and maintain Partner/Managing Director correspondence and
presentations
Complete Partners/Managing Director time reports
Answer questions regarding T&E policies
Maintain Partner/Managing Director calendars/Blackberry
Use firm-wide communications and correspondence tools, including Lotus Notes
and Microsoft Suite
Input, manage and maintain data within discipline-specific software and
databases
Schedule, coordinate and oversee a wide variety of Partner/Managing Director
internal meetings, both local and off-site
Prepare, distribute and maintain Partner/Managing Director meeting notes and
complete other follow-up requirements
Provide support to PwC and external Partner/Managing Director visitors; assist
with security requirements and escort as appropriate
Support Partner/Managing Director professional development, including
monitoring and communicating CPE compliance, assistance with
course/meeting/conference registration, and properly documenting internal
training
Support a wide variety of Partner/Managing Director ad hoc projects
REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirement:
Associates Degree preferred or 3+ years related experience
