Our Ontario, California, office is currently conducting a search for an Executive Recruiter to join our successful team. Some of the responsibilities of this position include:

Make job placements on Direct Hire positions with a variety of clients.
Source candidates through various resources.
Increase job order volume from accounts.
Negotiate fees.
Provide excellent customer service to new, potential, and existing clients and candidates.
Coordinate the client and candidate interview process.
