REQUIREMENTS
Role
The purpose of the Executive Recruiter position is to produce revenue through the successful placement of accounting and finance professionals and executives with client companies. The position serves external clients and candidates locally, regionally and nationally in the accounting, finance, tax, treasury and audit specialties. The position responsibilities include:
Marketing to and development of client company relationships that support their professional staffing needs
Source, attract, and interview quality candidates within the specialties Ledgent supports
Build a network of professional to executive level contacts within our specialization
Manage and influence the clients interview processes through conclusion
Provide and support creative staffing and search solutions to clients and candidates
Analyze and manage ones own book of business
Direct Report and Interface
The position reports to the National Director of Search, and local branch management, while interfacing with all levels of management in the company and local branch office. The position works closely with the training department. This position deals with sensitive and confidential information.
Background Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of direct hire recruiting experience
A proven track record of success with both clients and candidates at the professional through executive levels
Must be able to proactively manage multiple tasks and have the initiative to complete tasks from inception to completion
Sound business judgment in selecting techniques and timetables for obtaining solutions and producing results
Possess excellent interpersonal and management skills
Demonstrate superior verbal, listening and written communication skills
Must be organized, accurate and detail-oriented
Must be closely aligned with our mission, vision and values and genuinely value client, candidate and team-member relationships.
Bachelors degree expected, advanced degrees and/or certifications helpful
