Exciting Customer Service Rep Position at Fortune 500 Company!

CoWorx Staffing Services in partnership with the local offices of a world-wide business leader and Fortune 500 company, presently seeks an experienced customer service representative for a temp-to-hire opportunity.

BASIC FUNCTION
Researches, resolves problems and responds to internal and external inquiries regarding orders, special mailings, special projects, receiving, kitting and production issues. Assists clients with day-to-day issues, setting up kits and items within computer system, and monitor inventory. Monthly billing. Works closely with the Warehouse and Production to ensure all client requests are completed in a timely manner.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES


Enter receipts into computer system and verify accuracy of codes and descriptions. Notify Warehouse or Inventory Control of any corrections before entering into system. Update database with any changes to kits and/or items. Fill out stock destruction forms for old or obsolete items. Verify stock to be destroyed. Ensure Fulfillment Coordinator, Inventory Control, Kitting Department and QC Department are aware of item receipts, kit changes, dumps, removal of old kits and set up of new kits.


Fields over 15 client calls per day and numerous emails, which require research of issues or gives direction for job specifications. Works with client specific order management system imputing and updating information regarding client jobs and acknowledgements of various stages of completion.


Track and monitor inventory levels daily, supplying clients with appropriate reports. Monitor and schedule physicals and cycle counts, resolve inventory discrepancies. (Approx. Weight: 10 – 20%)


Gather and document billing information on a monthly basis.


Creates and oversees the creation/implementation of Work Orders (Special Projects/Mailings). Provides client with monthly and quarterly reviews of production results against specifications, ensuring quality control measures are defined, implemented and enhanced. QC’s data for accuracy.


Maintain and monitor Back Orders.


Monitor deliveries from client and inform Warehouse of client delivery times, dates quantities expected.


Maintain customer relations, troubleshoot problems and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration required (or equivalent in education and experience)

Experience: Experience with pre-sale mutual fund fulfillment. A proven proficiency in client problem resolution, great communication and interpersonal skills required. Experience in direct mail and printing a plus.
