Event Marketing Biller ($45,000-Mas 90)

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $45,000 to $50,000 per year Tribeca Based Event Marketing Company is looking for a Billing Analyst.
Repsonsibilities include:
Generate all Event billing.
Maintain and report actual cost and profit schedules for accounting purposes.
Track, prepare, and provide proof of performance to client.
Approve and prepare invoices for payment.
Receive and complete billing requests from production department.
Create invoices and maintain invoice log.
Prepare Actual Report at end of month of all non-print media cost and profit information.
Work with Manager to balance Schedules to the General Ledger.
Respond to client or vendor requests
