REQUIREMENTS
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Compile and analyze source documents including annual reports, 10k filings. 10Qs and IPO's and other SEC filings for Mergent products.

Ability to extract and collect pertinent fundamental data elements including address elements, business descriptions, history items.

Meet daily timeliness and quality standards established by the department.

Update financial statements,capital stock and long term debt sections for both domestic and international companies.


Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in preferably in Business or Finance. Familiarity with financial statements including balance sheets, income statements and cash flows.

Ability to work independently and prioritize work in order to meet departmental deadlines.

Superior writing skills and attention to detail is a must.

Familarity with SEC documents and other source documents.
