Title: Institutional Asset Administrator

My client is an Elite Asset Management Firm with a substantial workforce in White Plains. They seek recent 4 year grads with GPA's of 3.0 or better to join its team in a variety of functions, all working in an Asset Management career path.


Description:
Responsible for the reconciliation of numerous daily accounts as well as several monthly accounts between our client and various custodian banks. Utilize Bloomberg machine to research interest payments, paydowns and various other cash flows Built and maintained excellent relationship with portfolio managers.

Requirements:
Four year degree
Related business/accounting/finance internship
GPA of 3.0
Decent SAT's


You must reside in the Bronx,Westchester, Southern Connecticut, Northern New Jersey, Rockland or Orange County.

Alternatively, the candidate may also live in the Bronx close to Metro North trains.

Equally acceptable are candidates who live in NJ 20 minutes or less from the Tappan Zee Bridge.



Requirements:
Candidate should have an accounting,finance or a business related degree, if not than a related internship would do.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
Must posses good interpersonal skills, phone presence, and be highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self- starter.
Good professional presence and strong writing skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical ability and a familiarity with financial instruments and markets.
