Basic Function: Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Account Representative responsibility is to develop and maintain partnerships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by selling Labor Ready’s services on a continuing basis at an acceptable level of profitability.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Building relationships by performing sales calls, customer service calls and doing site visits.
· Qualifying customers by conducting meetings with the decision-maker.
· Prospecting local business opportunities by working trade shows and performing telemarketing and cold calls.
· Assisting with the collection of customers’ payments.
· Developing and implementing appropriate sales strategies.
· Assisting with the recruitment and dispatching and/or driving of temporary workers to work sites.
REQUIREMENTS
An ideal candidate will possess the following skills and/or characteristics:

· College degree preferred.
· 2 year inside/outside sales and/or business-to-business sales.
· 1 year of account receivable/collection experience preferred.
· Customer service skills.
· Results-Driven, Motivated, Self-Starter.
· Ability to resolve disputes and handle multiple tasks effectively.
· Financial and business decision making skills.
· Knowledge of staffing industry preferred.
· Telemarketing experience preferred.
· Previous appointment setting experience a plus.
