In addition to excellent written and oral communications skills and general consulting skills, applicant should have knowledge of and experience in several of the following:
Federal Government EA frameworks and methodologies, including the Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework and/or DOD Architecture Framework

Enterprise Architecture modeling skills in Telelogic Systems Architecture, IDS Sheer ARIS, Troux Technologies Metis or similar EA tool

Civilian and DOD Investment and Portfolio Management

Data/Information Architecture

Business and Performance Architecture

Enterprise Architecture Outreach

DOD 5000 series Defense Acquisition System
