E&Y Global Businness Risk ServicesTechnology Delivery Leader The primary function of the EYG BRS Technology Delivery Leader role is to provide support to a BRS Global Area in their delivery of solutions using the Assess, Monitor and Enhance framework. Specific responsibilities may include oversight and participation in deployment planning; technical consultation and client targeting assistance of tools, methods and knowledge for service delivery. Other activities include; integration within BRS training programs and the engagement initialization process. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Specific areas of responsibility include: Deployment planning and delivery coordination - Determine appropriate infrastructure / technology platforms for targeted area deployments using agreed upon criteria. Leverage firm wide investments but rely on area delivery decisions to secure new clients and convert existing clients in a timely effective manner. Provide a single point of contact for the area issues to be resolved or escalated. Pre/ Post Delivery Support - Support the area delivery of EY RAS. Maintain understanding of area business and language to develop support that is intuitive to EY RAS practitioners. Content maintenance processes - Maintain effective content maintenance processes to ensure that EY RAS knowledge from Global PMO is delivered to area teams. Monitor the content to be timely, of appropriate quality, and purge outdated content. Communication and learning programs - Design and deliver appropriate deployment communications and awareness messages working with EY RAS area team. Customize presentations and learning programs with area specific content to be delivered to area resources as necessary. Metrics and measurement - Develop appropriate metrics for measuring the effectiveness of EY RAS deployment in their area. Regularly interpret metrics and propose changes / improvements to this process and EY RAS delivery when needed. REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: To qualify, candidates must have:Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in related field, CPA or equivalent certification, CIA, or Masters preferred Eight+ years business related experience KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: Master-level knowledge in the functional area gained through education and applied experience. Substantial experience relative to internal auditing, risk assessment, and attest engagements and/or knowledge management. SKILLS REQUIRED: Delegation and project management Ability to analyze complex problems and recommend/negotiate solutions Ability to provide clear direction and constructive feedback to a wide variety of individuals globally Comprehensive verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills including: team work, ability to accept constructive criticism, willingness to help others, integrity, operate with respect and trust Flexibility in work approach and adaptability to changing conditions Planning and organization Ability to travel globally, frequently, and spontaneously Working knowledge of computers and commonly used applications, in particular MS Windows, Lotus Notes, Internet Explorer, HTML editors (e.g. Frontpage, Dreamweaver), internet search engines and MS Office.
