Executive Vice President, FinanceThis position will partner with the Executive Vice President/Head of Consumer Markets Division (CMD) with regard to the division’s short- and long-term strategic planning and direction. Key functions will include monitoring, controlling and reporting on the division’s actual and anticipated financial performance, in addition to maximizing CMD's financial margins relative to Countrywide Home Loans’ (CHL) earnings per share and production/market share goals.Requirements:

Master’s in Finance or Accounting.

10+ years related experience.

Knowledge of all generally accepted accounting practices.

Specific knowledge of mortgage banking regulations, mortgage finance, mortgage operations and mortgage compensation.

PC proficiency including skills in spreadsheets, word processing, database development and maintenance, and mortgage accounting and front end systems.
