ERP BSA



Description:
Works as a systems/business analyst in a ERP Development team.

Works as a team member and provides technical leadership and/or business-related subject matter expertise.
Works with development staff to analyze issues and determine appropriate course of action.
Occasionally develops systems related standards and procedures.
Ensures systems implementations occur in accordance with established Change Control procedures.
Provides quality customer service.
Responsible for system analysis, design, system testing, and documentation of required enhancements and patches.
Will work with users throughout resolution process and communicate periodic status reports to designated contacts.
Prioritize work, estimate effort and resolve conflicting priorities.
Conduct functional / technical walkthroughs, post mortems, and detailed lessons learned for future releases.
Successfully completes all relevant technical and professional training programs in accordance with Performance Agreement goals and objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
3-5 years experience as a systems/business analyst leading ERP related projects required.

Ability to perform independently in a fast paced, changing environment required.
- Experience with Viewpoint or other ERP systems a plus.
- Experience with Crystal Reports is required.
- Strong project management skills.

Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or Business and 3 to 5 years of information systems experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

- Strong understanding of relational data model required.
- Meeting facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
