Dynamic opportunity for a Controller in a manufacturing business unit of a Fortune 500 Company located in Charlotte. Controller duties will include:
Overall management of cost accounting, general ledger, receivables, collections, and payables
Preparation and analysis of financial reports
Budget preparation, planning and analysis
Lead internal controls / SOX initiative
Supervision and development of staff
REQUIREMENTS
Previous cost accounting and supervisory experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
7+ years of experience
MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred
Excellent analytical skills and solid understanding of accounting and financial concepts
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency with PC applications as well as large ERP applications
