Business Analyst / Project Analyst / Supplier Integration

The main responsibility of the Business Analyst / Project Analyst / Supplier Integration is to understand and document the business requirements and communicate requirements to 3rd party suppliers of data to the application.

The Business Analyst / Project Analyst / Supplier Integration is responsible for:

• Document all functional and technical specifications (shared responsibility with the other business analyst on the team)
• Manage and document all interactions with 3rd party suppliers
• Act as primary liaison between , 3rd party suppliers and development team
• Act as primary resource to track down and resolve all open supplier integration issues
• Participate in risks and issues management and resolution
• Participate in scope resolution and document all scope changes
• Assist in gathering and presenting project metrics to

The Business Analyst / Project Analyst / Supplier is the counterpart of the Business Project Manager.

QA Analyst / Test Team Liaison

The main responsibility of the QA Analyst / Test Team Liaison is to bridge the gap between the business need and test team and verify the quality of all deliverables presented to.

The QA Analyst / Test Team Liaison will:

• Review all deliverables before they are presented to
• Insure that all deliverables conform to agreed-upon standards
• Review and validate all test plans and test cases
• Review and verify all test results and metrics
• Escalate any non-compliance issues to the project manager
• Act as primary liaison between requirements and test team
• Act as primary resource to track down and resolve all open test issues
• Participate in risks and issues management and resolution
• Participate in scope resolution and document all scope changes

For all tasks related to the project, the following team members are peers of the QA Analyst / Test Team Liaison:

• Test Team Lead (Norwood)

Documentation Analyst / Librarian

The main responsibility of the Documentation Analyst / Librarian is to ensure that all documentation presented to is 100% up to date and properly logged in the project repository (Quick Place).

The Documentation Analyst / Librarian will:

• Track all deliverables to and due dates
• Notify the team of upcoming deliverable due date and manage to those dates
• Document all team interactions using meeting notes
• Document all interactions between team and team (using meeting notes where appropriate and updating the project log)
• Manage the project log
• Manage version tracking of all project documentation
• Manage all updates to the project repository (Quick Place) and the project repository
• Audit all deliverables for format and content
• Participate in risks and issues management and resolution
• Participate in scope resolution and document all scope changes
