nuVision Financial Credit Union is currently looking for talented and motivated individuals to fill Member Service Representative I and II positions. Our member service representatives provide world class service to our members in the areas of savings and loan products – processing transactions and providing information on all products and services. Excellent member service is the highest priority for us as is the ability to work as part of a team.
What You Will Be Doing...•Opens all types of new accounts: Savings, Checking, Money Market and Trust Accounts and processes new service requests (ATM cards, direct deposits, etc.)•Accept applications for credit, compile the necessary information to process loans – thoroughly and accurately completing all steps of the loan process.
•Process and research all requests from Members -- Resolving account problems in a timely manner and notifying the Member.
•Accurately maintain all documents (and logs) -- setting up loans on computer system, preparing loan documents for closing, disbursing loans to the Members, and ensuring that all documents are complete and accurate.
•Cross-sell all credit union products and services as appropriate.
REQUIREMENTS
What You Need...•A minimum of 3 years finance industry experience with a minimum of 2 years in underwriting, consumer loan sales and core deposit products.
•Demonstrated sound judgment in lending and new account practices.•Proficient in data entry skills to efficiently book loans as well as in the operation of a PC with capability to work proficiently in Word and Excel.
•Ability to communicate effectively with members, management and other team members.
•Must be detail oriented and able to work in a high volume, fact paced environment.•High School Diploma or GED required.
