Director of Shared Services

Experian, a global leader in providing information solutions to organizations and consumers, is seeking a highly motivated Director of Shared Services to join our Accounting team.

This position will be at a Director level, supervising a staff of approximately 30 people with about 3 direct reports.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in managing a Shared Service organization. Prior working knowledge of Oracle applications is a must! Duties include overseeing all G/L functions, setting and meeting KPI goals, establishing and monitoring benchmarking criteria, and knowledge in IFRS is required.

Strong management skills are required. CPA is highly desirable.
