Director of Marketing / E-Commerce

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $90,000 to $125,000 per year Robert Half Finance and Accounting is currently seeking a Director of Marketing/E-Commerce for a national retail/wholesale mortgage lender. The incumbent will be responsible for a large array of marketing vectors; direct mail, print media, and most importantly Internet marketing, as it relates directly into lead generation for the company's sales professionals. The Marketing Director is responsible for the development and management of internal field leadership relationships and communication used to facilitate the activities of the Marketing Department. This position is responsible for development and implementation of the marketing plan and budget while overlaying corporate goals and objectives. This position supports the development and implementation of the strategic relationships with external marketing vendors from each direct marketing channel. This position reports to the VP of Marketing and Business Development. The position requires a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Technology coupled with 7+ years progressive marketing experience with at least 4+ years in a management capacity.
