Director of Income Tax Accounting

If so, we have the opportunity for you!Our client, located in Troy, is seeking a Director of Income Tax Accounting to join their team. In this position, you will be responsible for leading the income tax accounting group; ensuring that the monthly and quarterly accounting process is occurring as required by the FAS 109 team; the primary interface with external auditors; writing relevant disclosures for financial statements; overseeing the analysis of FAS 109 accounting for Non-US units; performing accounting research for income tax matters; and assessing of internal controls over income tax accounting for Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404.
