Director of Financial Services

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $70000 to $90000 per year Become part of a team where you can make a difference and have an immediate impact! Our client is looking for a Director of Financial Services (Controller) for their Houston location. This is a strategic position within the organization and as such will be part of their executive committee and contribute to the overall direction of the organization as part of their Operational and Financial responsibilities.This position will supervise up to 4 Managers and up to 15 indirectly and the ideal candidate will have strong experience in a supervisory role to draw from. As well, significant financial experience including Budgeting, Forecasting, and Accounting will be necessary to excel (any experience with Hyperion Reporting is considered a plus). This is a customer service driven industry and the right individual will have a can-do attitude and look to creatively solve problems. Finally, any exposure to governmental regulations or governmental loan servicing is considered a plus.
