Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

We are looking for a recruiter who will be responsible for providing pre-qualified candidates for employment and for implementing recruitment-related human resources programs.


Primary responsibilities include determining hiring needs of managers and supervisors, generating applicants, conducting interviews, reference checks, background screens, and generating offer letters

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Work closely with management to conduct analyses of hiring needs and develop recruitment plans and strategies
Assist managers in forecasting vacancies, developing recruitment budgets, and administering co-worker selection
Generate applicants for open positions via internet postings and utilize other advertising medium as necessary and may post openings with special interest organizations
Where appropriate, test applicants’ skills
Make recommendations to corporate managers on applicant qualifications and provide input on applicants’ potential for success
Collect and screen employment applications and resumes
Qualify applicants for consideration, conduct interviews, and oversee applicant response communication
Conduct reference checks for all
Complete necessary employment paperwork
Make presentations and cultivate community contacts
Oversee location EEOC compliance and diversity recruitment programs
Prepare reports on recruitment effectiveness and retention issues
Maintain organizational charts of key competitors to determine the best candidates for open positions
Develop knowledge of the marketplace to ensure competitiveness in hiring
Manage the database with rigor in order to keep accurate and up-to-date information on sources, candidates, industry contacts, and other leads
REQUIREMENTS

Excellent communications skills
Tenacious, with a true results oriented approach
Team player
Must be able to multi-task and handle multiple projects
Bachelor’s degree in relevant industry

MUST HAVE RETAIL APPAREL EXPERIENCE
