Director of Finance

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $100,000 to $110,000 per year An International, well known firm is looking for a Director of finance to oversee all accounting/finance functions of the Company. The ideal candidate will have extensive accounting experience, Strong knowledge of accounting principles and guidelines (GAAP, financial statement prep, etc.), ability and desire to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Duties include, but are not limited to, management of accounting functions, development and implementation of fiscal policies, plans, reports, procedures, internal controls and accounting related information systems.
The Director of Finance will report to the Chief Operating Officer, and will be required to work closely with the Treasurer, Financial Advisory Committee, and Investment Sub-Committee in managing the investment, as well as lead the budget aspects of the strategic planning process.
The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of meeting commitments with the highest standard of ethics, integrity, and professionalism. BA/BS in Finance or related field is required. 7+ years experience in the management of accounting/financial functions required, 5+ years experience in contract development and administration preferred. Experience in multi-corporate and/or international operations and having CPA credentials is preferred.
