Director of Accounting Operations and A/R

Dynamic, Fast-Growth national company has an immediate need for a Director of Accounting Operations. This position will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for all Revenue initiatives and act as the primary point of contact for all corporate initiatives which may impact Billing and Collections. You will act as an Change Agent for the integration of a new ERP system. Drive cross-functional process improvements by championing new ideas and solutions. Highly visable position that will supervise and direct the Accounts receivable department and manage all related work such as Invoicing, Collections, and Reconcliations. Add to shareholder's value by implementation of policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRMENTS:
BS degree in Accounting or Finance. 5-12 years of related experience. Proven success at acheiving goals. CPA and/or MBA would be a plus. Polished communication and negotiation skills. Self-starter looking to build a leading department within a world-class organization. Extensive Project management experience. Ability to develope staff's skills and promotability. Drive and ambition to continue on a "Fast-Track" career track.
