The Director of SEC Reporting has oversight for the department that is responsible for the timely and accurate filing of the Company's Form 10-K, Form 10-Qs, Form 8-Ks, as well as public and private offering documents. In addition, the Director of SEC Reporting is responsible for the preparation and review of quarterly Audit & Risk Committee materials, Disclosure Committee materials, various management reports, and involved in various Corporate Accounting related projects. The SEC Reporting department is heavily involved in the quarterly earnings release process; preparing the financial schedules, reviewing CEO/CFO prepared remarks, and preparing and reviewing the questions and answers documents to be used during the Company's quarterly earnings call.

The Director of SEC Reporting will report directly to the Senior Director of Corporate Financial Reporting and will have 4-5 direct/indirect reports. This role is executive facing requiring frequent interactions with some of the most Sr. Executives in the Company. The role is also responsible for managing our external reporting relationship with our Independent Auditors.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates for the Director of SEC Reporting role will have 8 + years of accounting/financial reporting experience. The ideal candidate will have a combination of "Big 4" public accounting experience at the "Manager" level serving larger financial services (banking) clients and direct experience in SEC reporting at a larger SEC registrant.

The Director of SEC Reporting must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, an ability to manage multiple work streams, and have the ability to lead, manage, develop, and motivate a talented team of accounting/reporting professionals.

Credentials/Education:

CPA
MBA (preferred but not required)
