Director Payroll

POSITION SUMMARY:
Directs the US and Canadian payroll delivery program working within TeleTech's global payroll strategyDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and lead the overall payroll delivery program that will guarantee accurate and on-time delivery of payroll
Provide channel communication with the customer and users to maintain and effectively manage the payroll program throughout the company
Facilitate communication across payroll business units in regard to technology
Engage in requirements gathering sessions to ensure overall business functionality and payroll visions are being considered and are deliverable. Develop and lead strategy to accommodate recommendations for new business / customers being integrated into payroll systems
Ensure that TeleTech's payroll systems and processes comply with all local, state / provincial and federal regulations
Provide leadership and management direction to payroll team with supervisory responsibility for support staffREQUIREMENTS:
BA / BS or equivalent experience
Experience in multinational, U.S. and Canadian payrolls
Experience in leadership role using Oracle HR / Payroll administration and accepted HR / Payroll policies / best practices and related legal framework
