Director Finance - iVillage.com

Business Unit: NBC UniversalFunction: FinanceResponsibilities: Responsibilities:
Specific areas of responsibility include:
Financial Leadership, Planning & Analysis for all aspects of iVillage.com, Astrology.com and Promotions.com
Play an instrumental role as a thought partner with the iVillage Executive team and iVillage CFO in determining the overall business strategy
Manage P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and capital budgets including quarterly closings, forecast estimates, operating planning (SII and Op Plan), and long range planning (SI).
Ensure accurate and timely reporting to management, NBC and GE
Perform standard and ad hoc analyses, which provide insightful views into the Company's operations and financial performance and includes finding, evaluating, and reporting on risks and opportunities to the division's goals and commitments
Prepare and present executive level presentations
Partnering with Finance / IT groups to define and implement systems improvements, finance and operating dashboards
Financial modeling for new initiatives
Responsible for full SOX 404 compliance
Leadership responsibilities for financial team
Drive various projects to streamline the iVillage.com finance operations into NBCU's processes~HJ~
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Requirements:
Bachelors Degree required.
Minimum 5 years of progressive Finance and Accounting experience
Minimum 5 years experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPointEligibility Requirements:
