Complete managerial responsibility for all aspects surrounding the accounting and financial reporting of the unit assigned. Also, to provide input regarding the operations of the assigned unit as well as departmental policies, procedures and budget.



Manage the planning and direction of departmental projects and operations.
Monitors and evaluates project progress and results to determine improvements in procedures needed to meet ultimate objectives.
Prepares and delivers presentations to segment senior management.
Directs and manages professional finance staff and participates in key project teams.
Plays leadership role in various aspects of key cross-functional assignments.
Participates in staff interviewing, performance evaluation, performance management, etc.
Oversees the efficient operation and cost effectiveness of operating systems and programs.
Responsible for group budget, salary and incentive plan.
Directs and manages professional finance staff and participants in key project teams.
Able to assign, direct, review and perform work as well as related follow up and coordination activities.
Able to provide training and assistance on a full range of finance issues to internal and external staff.

Does not hesitate to take a reasonable risk. Uses appropriate communication vehicles; understands audience and uses the best method of conveying a message.

8 or more years demonstrated in depth professional finance experience.
Extensive experiences in handling complex finance issues that may have division or company wide scope.
Distinguished as an expert through a broad understanding of company business issues.
Has functional and cross functional area project experience.
BS in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience.
Prefer advanced degree of CPA or MBA.
