We have the following opportunity in our ST LOUIS location.

Assist in establishing and coordinating budgeting systems and procedures. Compiles, monitors and analyzes a consolidated annual budget plan and monitors the actual performance against budget. Coordinates development and delivery of accurate and timely management reporting. This includes monthly performance against departmental budgets, development of forecasts, trend reporting and analysis and monitoring of the capital budgets as well as ensuring appropriate returns on investments have been completed. Oversees improvement of financial reporting tools.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements include:
•5- 7 years of experience in budget reporting and planning for Manufacturing / Operations groups
•CPA certification strongly preferred
•Thorough knowledge of budget policies and procedures
•Experience in preparation of operating and departmental budgets along with identifying and tracking variances
•Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
•Leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage diverse groups of relationships
•Focus on quality and service
•Demonstrated ability to develop customizes solutions to meet business requirements
•Advanced problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues with innovative solutions
•Ability to manage timelines and meet tight deadlines
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with presentation skills
•Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information is critical
•Strong PC sills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and data base management tools along with internet familiarity
•Ability to build strong relationships with the senior management team
•Knowledge of Manufacturing / Operations in a Pharmacy or Healthcare environment preferred
•Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines and travel


Education:
•College degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience, MBA preferred
