Director - Commercial Finance

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $125,000 to $150,000 per year The Corporate Finance Group is conducting a search for a Director- Basic Industrials to originate equipment-based, cash flow and other senior secured lease and loan transactions in the $5 million to $75 million range.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:The Director will be responsible for identifying prospective borrowers and lessees and proposing transactions consistent with credit requirements and return hurdles within the Basic Industrials sector. Successful candidates must be able to source new loan and lease transactions by independently identifying and pre-qualifying potential borrowers and lessees, negotiating and structuring terms, winning mandates, facilitating the underwriting process and closing new business awards.
