Director, Billing Operations

Overall responsibilities will include:Strategic development of all billing processes and procedures; Management of all billing functions including Service Provider reconciliations and credit card processing; Management of all billing personnel including hiring, training, development and evaluation;
Assuring Billing Department provides high level of customer service to all customers and Service Providers through accurate and timely billings; and accurate and timely responses to Company billing questions and issues.

REQUIREMENTS
Education:College degree or equivalent work experience

Experience:10+ years relevant experience including 3 years management experience performing similar functions

Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to manage large group
Ability to prioritize and manage time
Excellent communication skills – oral & written
Excellent customer service skills and attitude
Good judgment and decision-making skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to think logically

IT Skills/Experience:
Experience with PeopleSoft
Experience with complex Billing Systems
Use of Crystal Reporting
Strong Microsoft Office Skills, particularly Excel
