Dialer Analyst - Tampa, FL

Develop, generate, and distribute daily/weekly/monthly/adhoc reports covering strategy, dialer and agent efficiencies. Manage dialers between multiple sites to idle times, abandon, and performance objectives. Administer and monitor changes to dialer strategies and system daily, weekly, monthly. Manage intraday campaigns. Maintain staffing information for optimizing daily campaigns through "best time to call software". Escalate system(s) issues to appropriate departments. Clearly communicate system statuses to internal customers and management. Perform routine dialer maintenance tasks. Such as adding, deleting users and system backups. Proactively review strategy and dialer results looking for ways to increase efficiencies. Effectively communicate strategy and dialer results and changes across lines of business and multi management levels

Hours:

Varying shift based upon business need. Shift is currently 6:30a.m.-3:30p.m. Sun/Mon/Tues

Hours will change slightly based on DayLight Savings





REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work Variable Working Hours At least 1 year of outbound dialer experience Prefer 2 years operating a predictive dialer (Mosaix is preferred). Knowledge of Excel, Word, Access and Crystal Reports. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Team orientated and schedule flexibility a must. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Certified Mosaix Campaign Analyst user a BIG PLUS. College degree preferred.
