Development Accountant (CML)

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $60,000 to $70,000 per year Responsibilities include monthly accounting and reporting for development and operating projects, post reclassifications and accruals according to GAAP as necessary, record general and limited partner equity pickups, contributions and distributions related to investments and joint ventures. Calculate and post capitalized interest, prepare monthly reporting packages, prepare annual development and operating budgets and oversee preparation of CAM reconciliations. Accounts Payable and Cash Management; Prepare rolling cash flow forecasts and monthly draw packages. Utilize and maintain Job Cost System. Record Acquisition and Disposition tractions in accordance to GAAP. Prepare cost summaries for construction and development projects.
