Capable of leading large cross-discipline planning and implementation teams (8+). Extensive experience with large environments, multiple operating systems, multiple infrastructure applications, networked technology. Capable of planning and leading (setting vision) for technology paths and complex programs. Will be capable not only of planning, architecting and managing the implementation of solutions to highly complex problems and challenges, but would provide proactive strategy around opportunities they see.



Represents the backbone of project delivery in the IT community. Manages large teams and multiple organizational units. Capable of handling complex personnel issues. Plans and manages advanced budgets. Routinely leads development of new processes. Develops organizational mission, objectives, milestones and plans with some oversight from immediate or higher level management.
REQUIREMENTS
College degree, or specialized training or equivalent work experience Minimum seven years of relevant work experience Fidelity MSP experience a plus Experience setting up test scenarios Experience leading or participating in business process change across Servicing and Default areas Experience developing business requirements, translating into functional designs, requirements management and testing through the full project
lifecycle Awareness of the business and IT strategy Basic understanding of the company's business practices and familiarity with the company's products and services Strong analytical skills and writing skills, to include solid experience in writing functional and technical specifications Line of Business experience a plus JPMorgan Chase offers an exceptional benefits program and a highly competitive compensation package.
