Join the professionals on our team and share in a quality career experience.A.Under the supervision of a Director within Decision Support Services, responsible for cost standard development and financial reporting as well as assists with implementations, productivity reporting, budget support and reimbursement modeling. The Financial Database Analyst will also be responsible for development of individual procedure cost, department cost, program cost, and overall institutional operating cost; as well as developing and conducting appropriate department audits. Gains skills in every area within the Decision Support department. Serves as a resource person to all levels of management in reviewing/understanding/analyzing financial data within the Decision Support System.Job RequirementsBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.One -Two years minimal experience.Must possess excellent analytical skills and have the ability to effectively use personal and mainframe computers.Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and project confidence in the presence of senior management.Experience with the commitment to “Continuous Quality Improvement” and “Total Quality Management” in an organizational setting.Must be flexible and able to work on several projects simultaneously.Experience in Healthcare industry preferable.
