Data Entry Clerk

Our floor mats, which can be customized with corporate logos, check dirt at the door while reducing slips, falls and housekeeping costs. We handle all of the details so our customers don't have to.



Cintas is currently looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team of partners. At Cintas we pride ourselves on the consistent accuracy of our customer account history and paperwork, including weekly invoices, monthly account statements, and other related forms containing customer information. This position is responsible for reconciling any changes to a customer's paperwork or account history using the AS/400 computer system. Changes may include but are not limited to: billing, pricing, address, contact person/location, color/size of garments or floor mats, products to be added on or removed from a customer's account, employee names to be added or deleted from a customer account. Additional responsibilities include being a back-up to the receptionist to answer incoming calls.


Hourly pay rate is commensurate with background, qualifications, and experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Accurate typing and 10 keypad experiencePrior data entry experience, preferredAdditional PC skills including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and AS/400, preferredA high school diploma, preferredAvailability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted, preferred
