REQUIREMENTS
Our client is seeking a Director of Tax & Regional Accounting to utilize extensive tax, accounting & real estate knowledge to provide accounting & tax support to the Asset Management department, including, but not limited to, partnership tax.

To be considered for an interview you must have the following experience / skills:CPAMinimum of 10 years experience in real estate and/or partnership taxKnowledge of low income housingProven ability to effectively lead & direct a teamAbility to work effectively with partners, consultants & client organizationsStrong organizational skills & ability to coordinate complex activities, prioritize conflicting demands & meet deadlinesHighly motivated, with the ability to work independently & solve problemsStrong written & verbal communication skillsAbility to maintain big picture focus while attending to detailed work & providing thorough documentation
