Assist in the assessment and establishment of the credit policies governing account acquisition and loan servicing.

Facilitate and follow up in standardizing credit policies throughout the organization.

Communicating credit policies within the business and ensuring policies are well-entrenched, documented, aligned with Global Consumer Credit Fraud Risk Policy (GCCFRP)

Identifying different approaches to credit policy to isolate problem areas and opportunities.

Preparing templates & reviews prescribed in GCCFRP and working with Consumer Lending Group and Global Risk Management to secure any necessary approvals and communicate changes (Significant Credit changes, tests, exceptions)

Ensuring credit policies adhere to government, industry, and Citigroup regulations
REQUIREMENTS


Minimum Bachelors degree, preferably in business or finance. MBA or comparable work experience preferred

5-7 years relevant credit experience in the financial services industry. Previous experience in automobile finance operations or Risk Management preferred.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Proven persuasive and effective interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal).

Able to interact successfully with all levels of the organization and communicate effectively with diverse backgrounds. Responsible for forming strong internal team relationships as well as those external to the business.

Must be results oriented and possess the ability to influence appropriately in order to achieve results and meet deliverable dates.

Knowledge of general office equipment and the Microsoft Office software suite of applications

Ability to work effectively with diverse styles and personalities.
