DEVELOPMENT OFFICER and DONOR RELATIONS ACCOUNTANT

DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
College of Science & Technology
Reports directly to the Director of Development; develops lists of prospective donors; cultivates and solicits Alumni, friends and organizations for donations; maintains donor relationships; promotes the College by participating in, and coordinating Development functions and activities of the College; and spearheads the College's fund-raising efforts for the University; Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; and a minimum of three years development experience at a university or other comparable organization; or equivalent professional experience in outside sales; a valid MS Driver's License is required.
DONOR RELATIONS ACCOUNTANT
Oversees the administration of the individual funds of The Foundation, including set up of new funds and external reporting on all funds. Researches and responds to daily requests for information on funds; prepares year-end roll forward of all funds. Coordinates scholarship availability notification and distribution; Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
