Our Dispute Analysis & Investigation (DA&I) practice provides comprehensive financial, economic and strategic advice to Entertainment & Media
companies with complex business problems and opportunities within, the Dispute Analysis & Investigation (DA&I) group, Entertainment & Media
practice provides a broad range of consulting and forensic accounting services to attorneys, banker, entertainment and media companies and
other parties involved in making decisions regarding business challenges and opportunities. Specialty practice areas include breach of contract
claims, business interruption, investigation services, intellectual property disputes, licensing management and disputes, economic and financial
analysis, and financial due diligence for entertainment company transactions. Responsibilities of our Entertainment & Media DA&I professionals
may include, but are not limited, to the following: conducting financial analyses for business decision making, developing lost profit analyses and
implementing financial models, as well as conducting comparative and pro forma analyses, reconstructing financial statements and/or records
using forensic accounting techniques, analyzing and critiquing opposing party claims, interacting closely with counsel and company representatives
to gather and analyze information, developing proposals for potential new engagements, drafting preliminary reports of findings, reviewing documents
nd depositions to identify information related to key damage issues, interpreting and explaining the underlying financial aspects of an engagement to
enable counsel to adequately understand the relevant business issues, and preparing partners to testify as an expert witness at trial or other dispute
resolution forum. On a daily basis, you will work closely with Entertainment Partners and other senior members of the team and will be constantly
challenged to demonstrate creative thinking and individual initiative.

BA/B.S. in Business or AccountingEssential Requirements:
The Los Angeles DA&I group is looking for candidates with a strong academic background, a Bachelors degree in Business with a major in
Accounting, strong analytical skills, and 4-6 years of public accounting experience. In addition, candidates should:
Have a client service orientation combined with creative problem solving skillsPossess strong written and oral communication skills
Have the ability to work effectively as part of a team, yet function well with independent responsibilities. Be highly motivated and interested in taking the initiative for their personal growth and development. Be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. Have an ability to successfully interact with clients and PricewaterhouseCoopers professionals. Show a high level of flexibility and openness to travel.Have experience in at least one segment of the entertainment and media industry as a consultant or industry professional.
