The Primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, pleasantly handling large volumes of incoming customer calls, light computer skills, email and invoicing.
Requirements:
high school degree
At least 1 year customer service experience
Able to politely handle incoming customer phone callsDependable
ethical
Must have Good Verbal and Written communication skills
Excellent phone etiquette
Basic knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word
Must type minimum of 35 wpmSource - The State
