Position Description

Position Title:Customer Support (Collections) Account Manager
Department:Customer Support
Reports To:Customer Support Team Manager

Position Summary:

Essential Functions:
• Contact customers to analyze customer needs, negotiate payment arrangements and offer payment alternatives and solutions.
• Analyze a customer’s financial situation and offer the best payment solutions to meet bank objectives.
• Ensure adherence to the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, other compliance regulations, and Juniper security policies.
• Perform consistently to meet performance standards set by the department.
• Participation in monthly management roundtables and feedback sessions.
• Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned
Education, Experience, And Skills Required:

Requirements:
• College graduate preferred but not required
• Bank or credit card call center experience a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Sub-prime Collections experience preferred but not required
