We are looking for a highly motivated individual who relishes a challenge to join our team.Job Summary:The Customer Service Representative is responsible for speaking with Seller’s and answering questions in an inbound/outbound call center to ensure a smooth and efficient Closing; the recapture of Real Estate Agreements with Sellers who are hesitant or resistant to meeting their obligation;
Duties & Responsibilities: Included are the following:* Meet call center goals for calls handled, average handle time and quality call* Communicate with Title Companies/Vendors and Sellers to assist with questions and problems, and facilitate timely completion of all Closing requirements* Ability to accurately apply Real Estate, Title and Closing knowledge* Handle escalated calls requiring negotiation and persuasion* Reduce the number of cancelled agreements through communication, understanding of legal requirements and negotiation* Handle special tasks as needed to meet Departmental goals
REQUIREMENTS
Position Qualifications* A minimum of 2 years of Customer Service, Collections and/or Sales experience in a Call Center environment* Escrow or title closing experience preferred but not required* Experience using MS Office and navigating the Internet* Detail oriented, strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task* Strong written & oral communication and customer service skills* Self-motivated to work in a fast paced environment* Flexibility to re-prioritize based on direction of Management* Preferably a minimum 2 year college degree but not requiredNRPI benefits package includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k) Plan, Vacation, Holiday and Sick time as well as an Employee discount on land.
