Customer Service/Collections Bilingual

Responsible for the maintenance of customer accounts, resolving issues, reviewing customer payment histories and utilizing all collections tools available to minimize delinquencies. High volume telephone contact both inbound and outbound.

Experience in a customer service/call center environment would be desired
REQUIREMENTS
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience in auto collections preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including excelent telephone skills
• PC experience required
